5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, presentations, course materials, graphics, logos, text, and software, is the property of Kemkeress or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our content.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to download, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written consent.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including questions, comments, or materials during webinars, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. 6. Webinars and Live Sessions

Our platform facilitates live and pre-recorded webinars on topics related to front-end development and related disciplines. Participation in webinars is subject to these Terms as well as any additional rules or guidelines communicated at the time of registration or during the session.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to live sessions. Technical issues, scheduling changes, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of significant changes.

Webinar sessions may be recorded by us for archival, quality assurance, or future distribution purposes. By participating in a session, you acknowledge and consent to such recording.

7. Payments and Refunds
